    Artwork requirements

To ensure the best possible imprint quality, artwork should be supplied in a vector format whenever possible. Vector artwork can be resized without losing quality, resulting in sharper logos, cleaner text, and better overall reproduction on branded merchandise.

    Preferred File Formats:
    • AI (Adobe Illustrator)
    • EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)
    • PDF (vector-based PDF)

These file formats allow logos and artwork to be scaled to any size while maintaining crisp, professional results.

File Formats That May Not Be Suitable:
    • JPG / JPEG
    • PNG
    • GIF
    • BMP
    • Screenshots
    • Images copied from websites or social media

These file types are raster-based, meaning they are made up of pixels. While they may look fine on a screen, they often do not provide sufficient quality for professional printing, embroidery, engraving, or other decoration methods.

If you're unsure whether your artwork is suitable, send it along. In many cases, vector artwork may already exist, or options may be available to recreate the artwork for production.

    DST Files (.dst)
Required for embroidery projects. A DST file contains the stitch data used by embroidery machines and is specifically created for embroidery production. Unlike vector artwork files, it tells the machine exactly how the design will be stitched.
